CABIN RULES/REGULATIONS
CHECK-IN: Your cabin will be available for check-in after4:00 pm. During peak times there may be a slight delay and your patience is appreciated.
CHECK-OUT: Check-out time is by 10:00 am. Late check-outs will result in your being billed for another days stay. Our housekeepers must have access by 10:00 am in order to prepare for the next arrival. We hope that you enjoyed your stay. Please leave the cabin as you found it.
Your cabin is confirmed with the understanding that each guest in your party will observe and abide by the General Rules & Regulations provided. Almost Heaven is family oriented. In order to insure the comfort and safety of all guests, loud noise or music is prohibited at any time.
UNDERAGE GUESTS: Guests must be 21 or older to rent and check into a cabin.
POLICIES AND PROCEDURES
All reservations require a $250 deposit by credit card. Deposits are required the day you make your reservation. Reservations cannot be held without payment. Credit card used must belong to the guest renting the cabin. No reservation will be honored if the card holder is not present at Check-in.
The total cost of your reservation will include a tax of 12%. If you are making your reservation within 31 days of your arrival, the full amount will be due at the time of booking.
The Balance is Due 31 days prior to Arrival if paying with Money Order, Personal Check, or Credit Card. If no payment has been received or we have not been contacted by due date, the credit card used for the deposit will be charged the balance in full.
CANCELLATION & REFUNDS: Should you find it necessary to cancel your reservation, a written and signed notice of cancellation is required 31 days prior to arrival for a refund minus a $25 booking fee.. If you cancel within 14- 31 days of your arrival, a credit voucher good for one year or up to two time frame changes from date of cancellation. A $25.00 re-book fee required when you reschedule, No date changes or cancellations within 14 days of arrival Date.
NO-SHOWS: If you are a “no show and do not call; Only your security deposit will be refunded. You must understand the unit was held off the market just for you.
AFTER HOURS CHECK IN: Late Arrivals are welcome provided you have signed and returned your Guest license Agreement forms.
There Are No Refunds After Check-In
CHECK-OUT CLEANING REQUIREMENTS: Guest, when leaving, should leave the Rental Property in the same general condition as it was in upon Guest’s arrival. Dirty dishes should be placed in the dishwasher and dishwasher started prior to check-out. USE ONLY DISHWASHER DETERGENT IN THE DISHWASHER as dishwashing liquid can create problems that could result in the loss of part or all of your security deposit. The stove/oven shall be left in a clean condition. Remove only the sheets and pillowcases from the beds and place in the Bathroom area. Our cleaning team will dust, vacuum, sanitize, and clean all linens upon your departure. Windows and doors shall be left closed and locked with the air conditioner left on 78 degrees and the heat on 60 degrees (depending on the weather). All trash must be placed in bags and put outside in garbage cans.
ALCOHOLIC BEVERAGES: No alcohol consumption is allowed on the premises by persons under the legal age of twenty-one (21). Should Guest or any member of Guest’s party be arrested for underage alcohol consumption, this rental agreement will be terminated and Guest will vacate the Rental Property immediately. ILLEGAL DRUG USE IS STRICTLY PROHIBITED. No refunds will be issued to Guest if Guest is required to vacate the Rental Property prior to Guest’s check-out date due to underage alcohol consumption or illegal drug use.
DAMAGES: Guest agrees to follow all check-in and checkout procedures, and understands that the property must be left clean and undamaged. All cabins are inspected prior to arrival. Any damages or problems not reported by the tenant within two hours of arrival will be charged to the tenant. Renters will be held responsible for any damaged or missing items or damage to the premises during their stay. Guest understands that failure to follow the posted check-in and checkout procedures may result in the loss of all, or part, of the damage deposit and Almost Heaven Cabin Rentals reserves the right to further bill him/her for additional cleaning or repairs.
OUR CABINS ARE NON -SMOKING: Smoking is permitted outside only.) If it is found that any member of the rental party or guest of the rental party has smoked inside the cabin, your damage deposit will be forfeited. The entire cabin is a Non-Smoking Area. Guests may, however, smoke on the outside deck/patio areas. Cigarette butts must not be disposed of in the yard or anywhere on the property. Any cigarette butts found on property will result in a loss of entire security deposit.
PETS: No Pets. Pets are NOT allowed in cabins at any time, Sorry. If pet is found in a cabin that is not pet friendly there will be a $300 charge per pet and guest will be asked to vacate the property. The damage deposit will be refunded after cabin inspection.
HOT TUBS: You will have your own Private Hot Tub. There are not lifeguards on duty and entering hot tub is at your own risk. We ask that you do not use any type of soap, lotions or oils in the hot tub. If any of these are used in the hot tub there will be a $150 excessive cleaning fee deducted from your security deposit. It is not recommended that you stay in the hot tub no longer than 20 minutes at a time or enter the hot tub when drinking alcohol. Hot Tub is drained, sanitized and refilled after each rental. Therefore it may take 3-5 hours after your arrival for hot tub to reach tempters of 100 plus degrees, Depending on outdoor temperature.
FIREPLACES: The fireplaces are seasonal and will not be operational from May 15th thru September 15th.
HOUSEKEEPING, AMENITIES & SUPPLIES: We do not have daily maid service. Each cabin is equipped with a washer and dryer for your convenience. Our kitchen is fully equipped and cabin is stocked with a beginning supply of dishwasher detergent, laundry detergent, garbage bags, paper towels, and toilet paper. Once a guest has used this starter supply any additional amounts should be brought with you or purchased at a local grocery store. Cabins are not restocked during your stay.
All cabins are supplied with a specific number of towels, washcloths, sheets, blankets and pillows based on cabin occupancy. It may be necessary to wash linens during your stay. We ask that guests do not use the white towels and washcloths to remove makeup. This causes irreparable damage to our linens. Any linen found damaged or missing will result in a charge to the guest.
Every unit is professionally treated for critters and bugs on a regular basis. However, occasional invaders may make their way inside. Management will not be responsible in these instance
