Rates are for 1-4 People in 2 bedroom,1-6 in 3 bedroom and 1-8 in 4 Bedroom. $15 Each additional guest. 8 Adults Max in
2 bedroom,14 Max in 3 bedroom and 16 max in 4 bedroom
Prices do not include 12% Taxes, Cleaning Fees or Security deposit.
2 Night minimum.
3 night minimum on all holiday weekends.
2 Bedroom Cabins, $55 cleaning fee.
3 Bedroom Cabins, $85 cleaning fee.
4 Bedroom Cabins, $110 cleaning fee.
Children under 12 years stay free with each paying Adult.

 Booking/Cancellation Policy:

$250 deposit is due at time of booking. Balance due 14 days in advance of your arrival date or time frame is canceled. We accept all major credit cards. Checks & Money orders welcome, Some restrictions apply. $250 Security deposit is required, Security Deposit will be refunded within 3 days of the departure date provided there is no damage, theft, or excessive cleaning required upon inspection of the property. When canceling you must call 31 days in advance of arrival date to qualify for a full refund minus a $25.00 booking fee, less than 31 days up to 14 days to qualify for a credit voucher good for one year or up to two time frame changes from date of cancellation. A $25.00 re-book fee required when you reschedule. No refund given on rescheduled time frames of less value than original purchase, late arrivals or no-shows. Credit voucher is non-refundable or transferable. No refund will be given when occupancy is less than cabin was booked for originally. Check in 4pm check out 11am. Late departures will be charged for an additional night. No smoking in cabin. No fireworks. No Pets
